>>3769846Inserting foxes into "Pride and Prejudice"?
Reminds me of the "Mongrels" episode where Vince, the violent, foul-mouthed fox is badly injured and in a coma.
Destiny the Afghan Hound decides to take care of Vince, and concludes that the comatose bad-boy is the perfect boyfriend. Finally, she dresses him up like Mr. Darcy, and is so excited she rapes him.

>>3769897That sounds like a really fucked up tv show were all the episodes that dark?
414e647e No.3769908
>>3769904"Mongrels" was dark… make that extremely dark comedy. They got into seriously heavy subjects - things like death, torture, drug use, cannibalism, depression, suicide, bestiality and incest. And despite the fact that it was comedy, it was filled with serious gut-wrenching emotional content.
A good example of that is Nelson the metrosexual fox, who tries to be human, owns a spice rack, vacuums his den dressed like Freddie Mercury, and tries to stay cheery despite the fact that he is continuously being crushed by life. He has a stalker-like desperate love for Destiny, who hates him, and abuses him for it. Finally, desperate to discourage him, Destiny tries something new - she is kind to Nelson. She quietly explains that she never has, and never will have any feeling for him.
Nelson is instantly crushed by this. For the first time, it hits him. He tries to hide it, but tears stream down his cheeks. He gets worse. Finally, he decides to kill himself.

>>3769920Yeah, it's me. I show up once in a while.
I'll never cease to be amazed by the skill those puppeteers had getting emotions and expressions from the puppets. Sometimes it took three or four of them controlling the arms/legs/mouth/ ears/eyes/tail on one character, all at once.

>>3769923I wonder whatever happened to those puppets. They
do start to age and fall apart if not maintained. I wonder if I would have ever purchased the Destiny or Marion (from Pompidou) puppets had they been put up for sale… for preserving and looking after them myself… you know.
The 2nd Mongrels season felt "different" somehow, as though they had already run out of ideas or used their best ones in the first season, did you notice that? Why do
you think the 2nd season wasn't popular anymore?
>I'll never cease to be amazed by the skill those puppeteers had getting emotions and expressions from the puppets. You could always start up a new hobby doing this kind of work! The world is dying and we're close to the synagogue-of-satan's planned 3rd world war/tribulation. Might as well have an interesting and constructive skilled hobby instead of always thinking back into the past. Now's the best time to start, as Tony 6-Million-Jews Robbins would say! It's not like most of the planet will survive the jew's global pestilences and satanic bloodlust anyway.
If you wanna become a Christian too BTW (in case you're not already), I could help. :P

It is not a cult and stands for resurrection and eternal life.
I'm curious to know how you see it as the opposite……

>>3769965>Awww man, if only there were an entire book dedicated to answering this one question in excruciating detail. I guess we'll never know. That one book doesn't explain it, it just hand-waves the question away.
God is all everything, including Jesus and the Romans - he is responsible for both of their actions because he is the cause of everything, knows everything, and is all-present in everything. There is no fundamental reason for Jesus to die on the cross that God would be forced to agree to, because it is God who decides so. So why?

>>3770036Maybe read the book ?
Sin can only be repaid by blood. That's why the hebrew where sacrificing animals when they screwed up.
Sin happens = someone has to die (usually the sinner him/herself). That's God's law and God put his word above himself.
Jesus dying on the cross makes perfect sense. And it shows God's love because he didn't have to do it, he could vert well have let all humans - except devout jew who were up to date on their animal sacrifices - just die in the big lake of fire.
And if you go "God is cause of everything" (no free will) then why do you care ? That's exactly what scientist think about our universe, ie our actions are determined by chemical reactions and electomagnetism interactions with our brain cells or something.

>>3770118for someone playing at biblical scholar, where are you getting this lake of fire stuff from? 99% of the Bible described the fate of sinners as true death and the whole cartoon hell with brimstone flames is a fallacy. what actually happens is the faithful are mass resurrected together to reside on a perfected earth designed to be the return of the garden of Eden.
what is more difficult to digest and comprehend as the fact that it is stated that after this resurrection, there is no more sex and all marriages and relationships are annulled. we are all supposed to treat God as our husband or wife kind of like how nuns do prematurely while they are on earth.

>>3770244"Lake of fire" is mentioned several times in the Book of Revelation, numbnut.
Revelation 19:20: "And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone."
Also, if you're gonna post in this thread, post vixens.

>>3770249oh you mean the book that is pretty much a fever dream just jointed from all the rest of Christianity and of dubious origin. The book that contradicts many parts of the rest of the Bible and was probably written by the church since the lion's share of it was produced well after jesus's death and resurrection and is not directly attributed to the apostles or to Jesus and his teachings.
in my opinion it is no better than the stuff that the Mormons tacked on to the religion after the fact.
I am posting vixens, you just don't have enough faith to see it. you can't prove that I didn't.
