VICE online magazine recently ran an article on which super heroes and villians are circumcised, because readers were curious. VICE gave various logical reasons why some probably were, (Magneto yes because he's Jewish, Wolverine no because even if it was cut off it would grow back, etc).

Although I guess anything's possible, I remember several years ago someone posted pics right here on Lulz of a real raccoon he had acquired that had apparently been circumcised, someone had either cut the floppy tip off his sheath or something had happened to it or maybe it was just a birth defect where the sheath was too short, but the curved head of his penis stuck out 100% of the time and had kind of dried out where the texture was different but was still completely usable.
