I usually supplement with… well supplements, but I figured I'm probably missing out on a lot of micro-nutrients and stuff from vegetables.

Avoid turning out like Steve jew Jobs, and getting pancreatic cancer from too many fruit smoothies.
Meal replacements usually are full of refined sugar and (((soy))) "protein", which grows "man"boobs and limp wrists.
I usually eat raw meat, fruits and eggs, sometimes bits of carrot, and sometimes quality kibble when I'm in a hurry.

I mean I look kinda fat, but its because my abdominal muscles were ripped apart, so unless I focus, my organs just push out, making me look like I have a stomach, but in reality, I'm 180lbs and 6 feet tall, and there is no fat around my stomach, its just body failure.

Wheatgrass juice. It's seriously good but only fresh. The powder is super gross. You can grow it on your counter and juice it yourself with a juicer made specifically for wheatgrass. Easy.
