Push = push-up, bench press, dip and shoulder press.
Pull = chin-up, pulldown, row and shrug.
Hinge= deadlift and kettlebell swing.
Squat= squat and lunge.
Gait= walking, running and loaded carries.
Rotation= throwing, swinging, striking, reaching, and cutting/changing direction in sport.
