Get surgerical tape & skin marker. When fully hard/morning wood, pull skin at penis base till head expose. Mark the base on how much pull is need to reveal head. Use mark as how much need to pull skin to reveal head even when soft. Then use surgery tape to tape the marked skin to base of body to allow head to dry & less smelly. Also a good way to make yourself less sensitive like cut people without cutting yourself.

A light dab of salt could also help. But painful if you have cut/bruises.
