I'm just happy with a 'one pic a day' mentality. It's good self-discipline and as long as there's still fun to be had, great art practice. I do tend to prefer 'random characters' over all the rainbow odd-marking non-realistic characters people have nowadays. A few have nice normal characters but not as many as there used to be.
