Honestly I wouldn't find the flash fappable at all even without the heart pounding out of her chest, but this opinion is based on my preferences, so MEH.

Nevertheless, I agree that the heart fetish is a boner killer, making it even more unfappable or just unfappable to others.

Sorry but...that flash is just sad. Zulf isn't moving, he doesn't have a new facial expression, in fact its just an image of him squatting with ropes to arms staying rather still with a floating dildo loosely jabbing in and out with room to vibrate visibly even when it goes in deep.

I mean maybe if they put it standing up under him so he'd have to ride up and down, or at least made it look like someone was using the dildo on him properly.
