7chan's tenacity may very well have been the cause of their falling out with the lulz.net furfags, after all as a chan much smaller than 4chan, yet perpetually at war, their very existence proves Darwin's Theory of Evolution which states that organisms that are forced to compete will evolve, and therefore improve. Right now, our school (College, yes, I'm over 18) blocks all ports except 80, 443, and a few others. Every image that I see directs to 8080, which is one of those blocked ports. However, by simply changing the port number in the link, I can view the image.

Why does the page load in port 80, but images in port 8080?
It doesn't work on 8080 because your school blocks it. We are using lighttpd to serve our images in order to reduce our server load. When you go through port 80 the server knows to forward that request to port 8080, so basically you're proxying to port 8080.

Custom character and ship, PvP, Bounties to be collected, Different races ranging from the Ctarl-Ctarl, the lizard people, android, Humans and Races that were not in the show. Weapons, magic, crews, Cameo appearances from characters, Being able to battle Characters from the show for special items and abilities. Fighting on foot, and in space, Planets, Outlaw havens, Galactic races, A very very rare chance to see the galactic layline. An even rarer chance to enter it, and request an addition to the game, such as a new race, weapons, your own planet for you to build for money flow,etc. being able to join the space pirates or the galactic forces.... Well, that's a lot, and If we cant find an mmorpg of it.... WE'LL MAKE ONE!!! find everyone who'd work on it, and make it the unofficial Outlaw Star MMORPG! Who's With Me?
That would be awesome. I'd love the idea of possibly encountering and fighting the brothers or the 108 Stars. You would probably get some of crazy awesome item(s) for entering the Layline. There can even possibly be some crossover with the show Angel Links, since it was said the both series took place in the same universe.
